These study models are based on the assumption that the test articles are compatible with generic reverse phase LC-MS/MS methodology. The execution of any study is facilitated by appropriate information about the test article, such as molecular weight and physiochemical properties.
Please contact MDSPS Technical Director if any of the following conditions are not met:
- Sufficient solubility in the proposed vehicle, common organic solvents and/or plasma
- Within the LogD7.4 -0.5 to +4.5 range
- > 95% chemical and isotopic purity
- Physically stable in organic or aqueous solutions and/or plasma
- Molecular weight < 500 MW
