ImmunoSIGNAL™ Endothelial

ImmunoSIGNAL™ Endothelial is a multiplexed cytonkine release and adhesion protein expression assay designed to evaluate inflammatory and adhesion activity in cultured primary human umbilical cord endothelial cells (HUVEC) in response to the inflammatory cytokine, IL-1β. Endothelial cells play an important role in cardiovascular disease, sepsis, metabolic syndrome and other inflammatory disease states.
