ImmunoSIGNAL™ PBMC is a multiplexed cytokine release assay designed to evaluate inflammatory and immuno-modulatory activity in cultured primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in response to various stimuli. ImmunoSIGNAL™ also offers proliferation assays as a marker of immune activation.
