ImmunoSIGNAL™-PBMC Inhibitor Chart

Primary PBMC were treated with specific inhibitors listed below. After pre-incubation with inhibitor, cells were then stimulated with PHA, LPS, anti-CD3 or ConA. After a specified time, cellular supernatants were harvested and analyzed. A panel of known inhibitors (immunosuppressants, p38 inhibitors, IKK inhibitor, antibodies, analgesics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) were tested in our various inducer panels for their ability to inhibit cytokine/chemokine release. All compounds were tested at a single concentration. Those showing inhibition were subsequently tested in an EC50 format.
